The iconic Anglesey Offshore Dinghy Race 2023 edition was held on Sunday 13th August over the traditional course from Beaumaris on the picturesque Menai Straits to finish at Traeth Bychan on the island’s north eastern coast, a distance of over 15 nautical miles.

Course Details
The race begins off The Green at Beaumaris on the beautiful island of Ynys Môn / Anglesey.

We head north east along the Menai Straits before turning to pass between Puffin Island and the Anglesey itself before heading into  Red Wharf Bay. The fleet reaches its most northerly mark off Moelfre before turning back to finish off Traeth Bychan, the home of Red Wharf Bay Sailing and Watersports Club.
