Racing

Frequently raced boats are the Dart 18, RS200, RS400 Laser (full, Radial and 4.7), Laser 2000, Topper, Mirror, Optimist dinghies. However, we run a full programme of handicap racing for both catamaran and mono-hull fleets.

During the season there are various catamaran and mono-hull open meetings organised. The main event of the season is the 'Anglesey Offshore Dinghy Race', a long distance event for both catamarans and mono-hulls. This is sailed from Beaumaris to Traeth Bychan and is usually held on the first Sunday of the Menai Straits Regatta Fortnight.
